Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic the meeting of the CA of the Association Charles Rennie Mackintosh en Roussillon was held at a distance.
By means of ZOOM which is a video-conferencing system with messaging and real-time content sharing.
The system was deployed and made available to the 9 members of the Council by Gilbert Suk (Webmaster) and Sylvie Plas (Secretary).
Despite the pandemic the CA continues with its actions
There was a full agenda and the minutes will soon distributed to our members
During this meeting a new Administrative Council of 6 members was elected :
Michèle GRAU : Présidente
Gilbert SUK : Trésorier (et responsable de la communication)
Sylvie PLAS : Secrétaire
Jane FORSYTH : Vice-présidente
Annie VILA : Secrétaire adjointe
François Tancelin : Trésorier adjoint
It should be noted that the Public Finance Department of the Pyrenees Orientales has responded favourably to the request put together by the association a few months ago, to be recognised as an Association of General Interest.
